I know some are encountered problem of video-card NVIDIA CUDA when using 32bit operating system like windows 7 but it is possible to install 32bit driver for 64bit design architecture this sort of driver will work in 32bit OS in 64bit hardware. please follow the download link below that is a sort driver that compatible for your 64 bit lenovo but in 32 bit videocard mode. driver below has 3 zip file and i'm really sure that 1 of this 3 will work for your laptop.
